...well, my scanner truly butchered this one. alas
Yesterday, I read a fanfic by an author I really respect, BeautifulFiction, called Little Lambs. It follows Ed as he tries to capture a rogue alchemist named Booker. In his attempt to catch the serial killer off guard, Ed dresses up in the following outfit:
His appearance was artful in a haphazard kind of way. The automail was neatly hidden from sight, but his left arm and shoulder were completely exposed, honey-kissed in the mellow light of the office. The top he was wearing looked like it had been given to a chimera before he put it on. Neat, parallel slashes showed suggestions of flesh, and his trousers were slung dangerously low and snug around his hips. (BeautifulFiction)
I've been meaning to draw a tribute piece for this author for awhile, and this oneshot offered the perfect excuse.
Oh, your Little Lamb Ed picture is great. Dead on. And you even have the eyeliner. I think it is perfect! You are very talented. We all appreciate your gift to us. Thanks. cat PS Ed is so totally hot as a goth...probably hot in any roleplaying costume. Cool.
I'd like to show you some awesome nature related work from more or less unknown artists which deserve more attention - this is a must see, you won't regret it!!!
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
I'm a lover of visual impacts. I like brilliant colors and shapes. And I decided to collect a whole stack of deviations that reflect that taste. These pieces showcased below deserve every bit of publicity you can give them. x)P

That is absolutely fantastic! You have captured my vision of Ed perfectly in Little Lambs. I'm stunned!

"Slung dangerously low and snug around his hips", you say? That sounds as though he was attempting to seduce this Booker character.
